I sent a client invitation several days ago but they have not confirmed. What should I do?

Sometimes client invitations end up in their spam folders. They should check there first and add support@mycoachsolutions.com to their safe senders list. Sometimes they just get busy and forget to accept their invitation. If that happens, feel free to send us a message via the contact page and we’ll manually activate their client account for you.
