I have repeatedly tried to add a new client, but then it doesn\’t show up on the list. What am I missing?

Hello. The client will not show up on the list until they have activated their account via the link emailed to them. You can skip the email activation step if you’d like. Instruction on how to do that can be found here. If you have already added your client and would like us to manually activate their account for you, just send an email to suport@mycoachsolutions.com and include your portal’s url.
