Client submitted forms

When a client fills out a form, I get an e-mail telling me that a Ninja form has been submitted, but with no further details. Where can I find the info that my client has submitted?

Hi Vic. Which form are you having an issue with? I ran a test using your Wins and Celebrations form and was emailed the submission without any problems.
