At MyCoachSolutions, we’re here for you, and your success is our priority. That’s why we offer a one-on-one session to help walk you through the ins and outs of updating your website, adding your first client portal, etc.
However, since we are a small company (just two of us), we are not able to offer more than one free call, unless there is a technical issue that we deem necessary to meet with you in person to fix.
With that in mind, we believe that you will get the most out of your free concierge call if you first watch the tutorial videos in your admin area’s dashboard. They will guide you through using the admin area and getting started.
Also, there are many walkthrough and tutorial videos throughout this site. Take advantage of them. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, send us an email and we’ll create one for you.
If, after your concierge call, you would still like more one-on-one support, it is available for $25 per 20 minute call.
