How to Update Your Payment Method

From time to time, you may need to update your credit card information, or use a different card to pay for your subscription. The following are the steps needed to do so:

Visit the account screen within your portal dashboard.

Once in your account screen, you will see a link to cancel your current payment method.

When you cancel your payment method, a button will appear that says “Add Payment Information”. Go ahead and click it.

When you click the button, it will take you to a payment page where you can add your new card. If there are still a few days before your current billing period ends, the page will see those days as a “Free Trial” and will inform the system to charge you once the current billing period is over. IMPORTANT: this page does not display information about coupons. If you used a coupon when you signed up, it WILL continue to apply, even though it does not show on this page.

Once you’ve submitted your new payment information, you will be taken back to your account page. Thank you for updating your payment information!
