Some people, after activating the chat feature on their portal site, decide they don’t want to use it after all. If that happens, feel free to reach out via the contact page and we’ll be happy to deactivate it for you.
One important note: You can create a new portal at any time. However, you are not able to assign a portal to a client until that client accepts their invitation to join your portal site.
